How Bazar-Wala Works : Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, and what happens in between.
Where Do We Deliver?
We deliver gifts, flowers, fashion items, and more to all major cities across Bangladesh. Deliveries within Dhaka are completely free. For orders going outside Dhaka, a delivery charge will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout — no surprises. A single delivery charge covers your entire order, regardless of how many items are in it.
Who Handles Your Delivery?
Every order is delivered in person by our own trusted, trained delivery team — not a third-party courier. All our staff carry official Bazar-Wala photo ID, so your recipient always knows who's at the door. We take safety and security seriously, especially when delivering to homes.
When Do We Deliver?
We deliver every single day — including Fridays and national holidays — between 6 AM and 9 PM. At checkout, you'll be able to select a preferred time window that suits you. We work in time windows rather than exact times to account for traffic and weather, ensuring your gift still arrives when it should.
Need it today? No problem. Same-day and urgent delivery is available in Dhaka for orders placed before 4 PM Dhaka time.
Surprise Delivery or Call Ahead?
It's your choice. At checkout, simply select whether you'd like us to call the recipient before we arrive, or go straight to the address to surprise them. If the recipient isn't home at the time of delivery, we'll leave the gift with whoever is available at the address.
Don't have the recipient's address? Just give us their phone number and your preferred delivery time — we'll call them and sort it out ourselves.
What's Included With Every Order?
We believe a gift should feel special from the moment it arrives. That's why every Bazar-Wala order comes with a complimentary greeting card and neat gift wrapping — all included in the price. You'll also have the option to add a personal message in English or Bangla at checkout.
How Will You Know It Was Delivered?
We keep you informed every step of the way. Here's what to expect after you place your order:
Immediately after ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is added to our delivery schedule, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If there's any issue with your order details, we'll reach out before dispatching. After delivery, you'll receive a final confirmation email. Within 24 to 48 hours, you'll receive photo confirmation — a photo of your delivered gift — so you can see that everything arrived exactly as ordered.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
If there's an issue on the day — a road block, bad weather, or an unexpected situation — our team will contact you immediately to find the next best option. We'll always work to get your gift delivered as close to your chosen time as possible.
For any concerns about your order after delivery, please get in touch within 12 hours and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Is My Payment Safe?
Absolutely. Bazar-Wala does not store any payment information on our servers. All transactions are handled by secure, trusted third-party payment platforms. Your personal data is never shared with anyone outside our team.
