Return Policy

Returns & Refunds  :

We want every order to reach you perfectly. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

1.You must let us know about any issue within 12 hours of receiving your order.

2.If there's a quality concern, we'll get in touch with the supplier and sort out a replacement.

3.Perishable items like flowers, cakes, and food are not eligible for refund once delivered — please store them properly right away.

4.Items must be checked in front of the delivery person (for Dhaka orders). Report any damage on the spot with a photo.

5.Outside Dhaka, damage must be flagged within 3 days of receiving your order. Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition won't be accepted for return.

6.Changed your mind? Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on orders placed by the customer unless the item is genuinely damaged or defective.

7.If a return is approved under special circumstances, you'll need to cover the cost of sending it back to us. Refunds go back to your original payment method only — not to the recipient.

8.We can't take responsibility if the recipient simply doesn't like what was sent. Delivered items won't be refunded on the basis of personal preference.

9.We do not control the delivery date and time of a gift that goes to overseas via EMS post. Our service for overseas shipping ends with providing shipping reference to you.

10.If the recipient refuses the delivery at the door, we're unable to offer a refund.

11.Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka).

12.Minor differences in product appearance — such as floral design or cake decoration — can happen due to seasonal changes or bakery variations. These won't be grounds for a refund as long as the item is broadly in line with what was shown.

13.However you'll receive a full refund if we cancel your order or fail to deliver on your selected date.
